Hi Everyone!

I have read a lot about Microsoft Windows 10 recently and what I have found out is very alarming.

With the release of Windows 10, Microsoft has updated its terms regarding privacy and contracts for their services. Both contracts are very long, and most of us just accept them and continue.

Thanks to a few that decided to read the two new agreements some disturbing facts have appeared.

In Windows 10, there are many services that collect information about us. The first thing that comes to mind is called Cortana, and below is a direct description of the service in Windows 10 from Microsoft's website.

Cortana is your smart new personal assistant.

Cortana helps you to find things on your computer, manage your calendar, track packages, find files, chat with you and tell jokes. The more you use Cortana, the more personalized your experience to be.

To a certain extent, this can be a good thing so that our general experiences with Microsoft Windows 10 gets better - but there is a very negative aspect to this collecting of personal information/data and it is that what many are very upset about.

To enable Cortana to give personal experiences and relevant suggestions, collect Microsoft and use different types of data, such as device location, data from your calendar, the apps you use data from your e-mail and text messages, as you call, your contacts and how often you interact with them on the device.

Cortana also learns about you by collecting data about how you use your device and other Microsoft services, such as music, alarm settings, whether the Lock screen is on, what you view and purchase, your browse and Bing search history and much more.

It is "a lot more" that many have wondered about ...

I have only shown two paragraphs that many are upset about...

I do not want to write about all that so many are upset about  and ask everyone to do a little Google search to find out what has been said and written about Windows 10.

Svd Näringsliv (Trade and Industry) write a lot about many people's concerns regarding the upgrade.

There is a way to turn off all of the services that spy on us, but there is a risk that Microsoft will provide an update that resets everything again.

I personally will not be upgrading to Windows 10 and cannot recommend my customers do it either.

I think that Microsoft has gone too far in creating an operating system that gathers information about us can be handed over to the authorities if they think someone has broken the law and so on.

I enclose the new agreements from Microsoft .... if anyone wants to take the time to read them!
